Maquinser and Axtra3D join forces to expand advanced resin 3D printing across the Iberian Peninsula
Maquinser, a leading distributor of advanced manufacturing technologies in Southern Europe, has officially partnered with Axtra3D, an innovative US-based 3D printing manufacturer, to bring their Hi-Speed SLA technology to Spain and Portugal.
This collaboration positions Maquinser as the official reseller of Axtra3D’s flagship products, including the Lumia X1 and Revox X1, designed to serve industrial users, R&D centers, and prototyping environments demanding high-resolution, surface perfection, and material flexibility.
At the core of Axtra3D’s innovation is HPS – Hybrid Photosynthesis Light Engine, a patented light engine that simultaneously projects DLP and SLA laser light in a coaxial system, eliminating the trade-offs between speed and accuracy typical of resin printing. This results in unmatched dimensional precision, excellent surface finish, and compatibility with a wide range of engineering and medical-grade photopolymers.
“This agreement aligns perfectly with our goal to expand our portfolio with next-generation additive manufacturing solutions. Axtra3D’s technology offers real added value for industries that need precision, material openness, and serviceability.”
– Christian Postigo, CEO of Maquinser
With this agreement, Maquinser reinforces its leadership in the industrial 3D printing market and expands its resin-based offering with a disruptive solution tailored for applications in aerospace, dental, medical, molding, prototyping, and functional parts.
Axtra3D is currently present in Germany and Italy, and with this strategic step, aims to strengthen its presence in Southern Europe, supported by Maquinser’s technical and commercial infrastructure.
