Axtra3D Lumia X1, the only 3D printer featuring revolutionary HPS technology and unrivalled capabilities, outperforming other polymer 3D printers.

The Lumia X1 3D printer offers uninterrupted production. By integrating all our revolutionary technologies—Hybrid PhotoSynthesis, TruLayer technology and Intelli-Cartridge—with an industrial dual Z-axis and other high-quality components, the Lumia X1 delivers economical production, superior uptime, repeatability and print capabilities.

Powered by HPS and TruLayer technology, the Lumia X1 offers the fastest printing speed on the market while delivering extremely high resolution for fine details and smooth surfaces without pixelation or aliasing. The best of both worlds—printing speed and injection-moulding quality—is now available in a single industrial-grade 3D printer.

In conventional DLP 3D printers, build size comes at the expense of resolution, minimum feature size and the ability to create smooth surfaces without post-processing. The Lumia X1 with HPS technology eliminates this trade-off, offering a considerably larger build area than most 4K DLP machines at a resolution of 45 microns. Its exceptional speed, size and resolution make the Lumia X1 ideal for a wide range of applications, from prototyping and tooling to end-use part production.
How it works: TruLayer technology, developed and patented by Axtra3D, is integrated into every Lumia X1 printer. This technology offers distinct advantages:
● Rapid separation of the active print layer from the tank membrane
● Printing without cross-sectional limitations, including large and bulky sections
● Non-degrading tank membrane
● Ability to print high-viscosity resins.

The Lumia X1 combines high-end optoelectronics with advanced mechatronics to deliver a highly repeatable curing process. Together with HPS and TruLayer technologies, this achieves near-isotropic mechanical properties in all three directions.

The Lumia X1 is available in open and closed material configurations, giving our customers maximum freedom. Designed to handle today’s best materials and tomorrow’s possibilities, the Lumia X1 can process filled and unfilled resins across a wide range of viscosities. As more 3D printing materials become available, the Lumia X1 will be ideally positioned to provide access to the widest range of future materials.
