Build anything together
With the most advanced additive metal manufacturing technologies on the market, Arcam EBM and Concept Laser machines make it possible to create parts with a high level of complexity that open up new design possibilities in a multitude of industrial applications.
CONCEPT LASER
The Mlab and the Mlab R are the ideal machines for manufacturing parts with delicate structures. Perfectly suited for applications where high surface quality is crucial, these machines feature an easy-to-use, removable drawer system that also provides greater safety.
In addition, the Mlab Cusing R and the Mlab Cusing 200R extend the previous range of materials to include titanium and titanium alloys.
Designed and optimised in association with leading aviation customers, the M2 Cusing and M2 Cusing Multilaser series can unlock new revenue opportunities with complex and innovative designs, thanks to their finer resolution, improved quality and parts consistency.
This new system provides a high level of productivity and repeatability with which to unleash your company’s manufacturing potential.
In addition, the powerful twin laser system of the M2 Cusing Multilaser enables twice the construction speed.
The manufacturing system M Line Factory offers a new type of modular machine architecture that enables an unprecedented level of automation and innovation.
For that, the different machine subsystems are physically detached. This makes possible that tasks can be carried out in parallel, which economizes the process of mass production on an industrial scale.
With a building volume of 160 litres, the X Line 2000R is the largest metal laser melting machine in the world.
Its main application is the large scale production for the aeroespace and automotive industries.
The special thing about the machine is the separation of the process and handling station, which ensures both safe operation of the machine and easier handling. In addition, it also has a rotating mechanism which allows two build modules to be used reciprocally, thus guaranteeing constant production with minimal downtimes.
ARCAM EBM
High productivity in a powerful beam
Arcam EBM technology is capable of creating dimensionally accurate parts quickly and efficiently using a high power electron beam.
The process is carried out in vacuum and at high temperature, resulting in stress-relieved components with material properties better than cast and comparable to wrought material.
In addition, it does not require supports to the manufacturing base, which makes possible an optimization of the work volume allowing to include a greater number of pieces than in other technologies of additive manufacturing in metal.
The Arcam EBM A2X machine is appreciated for material studies because it works in vacuum that provides a clean and controlled environment and minimizes the contamination risk. The use of electrons as an energy carriers, provides a deep energy penetration and low reflection in the powder.
The Arcam EBM Q10plus system is the new generatn of electron beam machine specially designed for cost-efficient production of orthopedic implants.
The size of the manufacturing area is designed to allow an optimal stacking of the most common types of implants. In addition, the design of its inner chamber makes easier the powder handling and reduces machine setup times.
The Arcam EBM Q20plus is designed specifically for the cost-effective production of aerospace components such as turbine blades, structural airframe components and much more.
The manufacturing area enables the construction of large components and optimal stacking of smaller ones. The build chamber interior is developed for easy powder handling and fast machine setup times.
With an extended build platform and capability to produce parts at temperatures exceeding 1000 °C, the Arcam EBM Spectra H is opening new opportunities for the production of highly complex and larger parts faster than ever before.
As part of a system that simplifies the operation and maximizes the production, Arcam EBM Spectra H is the evolution that is helping the industry to take the next step forward.
Matsuura Hybrid Lumex Series
Metal hybrid 3D printer. Design everything you can imagine, without the restrictions that other machining processes may have.
For over a decade, Matsuura has been developing the LUMEX Avance-25, the first hybrid additive manufacturing machine in metal.
The capacity to manufacture a metal component with complex internal characteristics and to mill as layers are added is what makes the LUMEX Advance-25 such a distinctive and remarkable production machine.
With a larger size than its predecessor, the LUMEX Avance-60 presents itself as the largest construction volume hybrid metal additive manufacturing solution on the market.
The capacity to manufacture a large and highly complex metal component, combined with the surface finish typical of a machining process, makes this solution a great ally for industrial production.
