COMPLIANCE WITH ALL INDUSTRY HEALTH AND SAFETY STANDARDS

The solvent VaporFuse Eco Fluid is approved for the processing of food contact plastics in accordance with regulation (EU) 10/2011. The solvent circulates continuously in a closed circuit and is automatically recovered by the system. This allows a sustainable contact-free process without chemical residues. The operation of the Powerfuse S does not require protective equipment (PPE) against chemical risks.

SEALED INJECTION-MOULDING AS A SURFACE THROUGH ALL GEOMETRIES

VaporFuse Surfacing (VFS) offers sealed and washable parts with injection molding surfaces. The surface roughness is reduced to a minimum. The entire process chamber is flooded with steam while under vacuum. This ensures reproducible processing of complex geometries and internal surfaces. VFS works for all common plastics and particularly for flexible polymers such as TPU, for which mechanical techniques are not suitable.

READY FOR THE FUTURE OF MANUFACTURING

The Powerfuse S is ready for Industry 4.0. The system offers fully automatic loading, connectivity and batch tracking functions. Validated and specially developed programs for all common materials are available and ready to use. In addition, all process parameters can be individually adapted for other materials. This ensures flexibility and perfect integration with existing production processes, such as the DyeMansion print-to-product workflow.
